Free music lessons for children through the Rotterdampas child package
Are you eligible?
Do you have a low income of up to 130% of the social assistance level and children up to and including 17 years old? Then you may be eligible for the Rotterdampas with child package. With this package your child can take at least one year of free music lessons at ConAnima Music Academy — the municipality pays for this.
We are always happy to help you with the application, discuss which lesson is most suitable and what your child needs.
Why ConAnima?
All our teachers are well trained and studied methodology, didactics and pedagogy at the conservatoire. This means they are well equipped to guide students with, for example, ADHD, ADD or (various forms of) autism. Some of our teachers have even done further research into the effect of music on children during their Master's programme or hold a Master of Education. They are also always willing to exchange ideas with other professionals or take courses to gain new insights, so they can guide every child as well as possible.

ConAnima offers a complete package for one year. This package is renewed unless it is cancelled before 1 January of each year.

Not eligible for the Rotterdampas — for example because your children are aged 0–4, or because your income is just above 130% of the social assistance level? There is often another way.
ConAnima has ties with the Kinderfonds Brede School and the Jeugdfonds Sport en Cultuur. These funds are also open to people who do not live in Gouda. Contact us — together we will look at which scheme best fits your situation.
